Australia | 26 November 2024After using your chat bot and getting connected with one unhelpful agent, I used the chatbot again but this time was connected with Roy who listened to my concern, investigated where I was at and clarified what I didn't understand. Then when confirming back my understanding, he took it a step further and guided me how to shut off certain auto renewals that I was paying for but not using. We even set a date for the next conversation. Crazy domains - give Roy a trainer position because his service levels were as good as I have experienced in any industry. Ibn fact Roy would be great in any company so make sure you look after the guy. Nothing sadder that great staff that are not recognised.

Australia | 26 November 2024Edit: received an apology and my issue was finally resolved but still not a great experience. Registering my domain with Crazy Domains AU should have taken about ten minutes but nothing seemed to work. It took me over three hours trying to get support from their online chat. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve these issues I gave up on the online chat and rang their 1300 number where again I had to repeatedly explain myself and spent another two hours in frustration getting nowhere. I then found I couldn't log in. When I tried to start a new chat about this I was told that I had to log in. When I couldn't log in the chat was shut down. I now find I have two domains registered when I didn't ask for the second one. The following day, after again using the online chat support I managed to log in but I wouldn't call this a positive experience by any stretch of the imagination.
