Worst organisation I have ever dealt with. They are not responsive, have no interest in providing services, just collect your money with no care for their output. Never use them.

I wanted a domain name but could't buy it because the owner wanted $8000. But Crazy Domains charged me for business hosting and all the extras. They deny all of it no matter how many times I write or ring. I was charged $700 in total, for an unavailable domain name. The persons involved are Alain and Michael. I intend to follow it up with Consumer Affairs. Why is everybody complaining? They are thieves and no one does anything about it???

Lowella assisted this URGENT SSL Certificate issue in a higher-level " escalated support " - For a final resolution and friendly explanation WHY happened with less time. As a result, my website and emails are functional normal again at the same day 07: 57 PM. WELL DONE - Lowella !!!
