The storage/packaging/shipping service is great, my problem is with (some) of the customer service personals. My shipment (a power bank charger) was held for review for 10 days "the website states that if it wasn't cleared within 2 days the team will contact me". In reality, I had to contact them 10 days later asking what's wrong, and they reply very late to my Emails "4-5 days for each Email" in which they kept asking me to provide a (state of charge) document. I kept asking where do I get the document from? Amazon? The seller? The manufacturing factory? I get the same document request many days later without acknowledging my questions (typical bot-like copy/paste pre-written response). After talking to an agent via live chat, he told me I had to contact the seller, answering my question in 5 minutes after the Email agents wasted 10+ more days giving me no useful info. So I contact the seller and he provided all the signed and stamped documents he used to ship the item (stating that the battery is safe to ship) the same day I contacted him. I send it to MyUS and days later, I get an email that says (the document doesn't state how much is the battery charge percentage) and at this point I was a few days short of completing a month of storage "you get charged by the day everyday the item is in storage after 1 month". So I simply told them to throw the item away since there was no document out there I could provide that would clear my item in time (time that they wasted and that I had to pay for). I would like to also note that: - I told the Email agents early on to simply press the side button and the charge percentage will show on screen. - I shipped a similar product a week earlier with no problems or document requirements whatsoever. Me digging for documents (that don't exist) to forward an already US shipped item (via Amazon) is very inconvenient, and having to make a last-minute decision thanks to the SLOW agent response times between paying more for storage or cutting my losses and throwing the item away is a complete joke. I personally will part ways with MyUS since shipping my items became a huge ordeal and an inconvenience, and since many of the agents take 5 days to respond and are completely wasting time by not answering my very clear questions. My suggestion is that MyUS should invest in a (battery discharger) to avoid all these issues in the future, and to be able to use a universal generic (0% state of battery charge) document to ship items that contain batteries. As for me, the service was good while quality lasted. Thanks for the past 12 years of service, but the clear decline in customer support is where I draw the line and take my business elsewhere. "Maybe" if these issues are resolved, we might cross paths again in the future. Good luck.

I am shipping goods (mainly books) on a monthly basis and never had any problems with MyUS. It’s difficult when you buy from private sellers and don’t have a regular invoice but so far the customer service was always very helpful and found a solution. Shipping to Germany is expensive but MyUS offers good rates with their budget option. I have nothing to complain. 😃😉

Fraudsters. They'll deliberately use the most expensive courier and mislead the weight of the package. They'll package it separately to charge separate payments. All these done without our approval. Don't ever store your credit card information because They'll have a field day with it. Their customer service is rude and arrogant.

I am extremely disappointed with MyUS. Their policy clearly states that packages will be logged within 1-2 business days, yet mine has not been registered even after several days. Today is Friday, and my package is still missing from my account! On top of that, their WhatsApp customer service is a joke! They take a whole day to reply to inquiries, and if you don’t see their message within 5 seconds and respond immediately, they close the chat claiming you’re unavailable! This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable for a company handling international shipments. How can a company that claims to be reliable operate with such delays, poor communication, and terrible customer support? If you’re considering using MyUS, think twice! There are far better alternatives out there. Avoid this service unless you enjoy unnecessary delays and frustration!

I'm a long time MyUS.com customer. Throughout the years I've seen your shipping prices and services fees increase in a very unreasonable manner. Processing time have also been impacted in a bad way. Consequently, I am definitely considering for an alternate solution.

There was a case that a package was shipped in 3 pieces and one piece was not shipped and arrived late, even though there were 4 pieces in the package. In addition, there were several instances of items being lost after the shipping procedure (found a few days later).
