Australia | 13 March 2025I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life! MY US is an absolute nightmare to deal with. First of all, they charged me nearly three times the actual weight of my item for delivery – complete rip-off. I’ve never seen a company take advantage of its customers like this. Getting in touch with them is impossible. They don’t answer calls, and their customer service is a joke. It’s like they want you to just give up and go away. You’ll spend hours trying to reach someone, only to be met with silence. They use the cheapest courier they can find, and there’s no signature required on delivery. So, guess what? Your package will just be left outside. If it does get stolen, don’t expect any help from MY US. They refuse to refund missing packages or take any responsibility for their shoddy service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. If you value your money, time, and belongings, find a better alternative. MY US is a scam, plain and simple!

Japan | 13 March 2025I included and paid for Special Instructions to put a jar of chocolate hazelnut spread in a plastic bag in case it leaked. That was not done and I was not informed that my Special Instructions would be ignored. The jar did leak oil which stained the box it was sent in. Luckily, none of the other items in the box were stained. If the Special Instructions cannot be followed as written, MyUS should check with the customer what to do before shipping. I was never asked about this case and did not find out my Special Instructions were not followed until I got the box I found that the jar was not in a plastic bag as I requested.

Between the 25th & the 7th of March I went through hell. No proper communication, poor - poor feedback despite over 10 emails until Gianfranco from the US team stepped in, escalated the matter and the items were shipped. It was a mess. Check case no. 07216705. It was very unpleasant and disappointing. Please, please improve your services.
