Mexico | 17 March 2025Their Whatsapp support is useless. They ask for information and don't reply. Days later, they reply randomly, expect an immediate answer immediately and closes the ticket. Same for their email, besides an auto-reply, they don't bother answering your specific questions, even when they automatically ship your items, whacking whatever rates and speed they choose (most expensive route to jack up their profits) and don't bother answering queries with regards to prepaying the duties. All in all, after their exorbitant shipping rates, hidden fees, additional DHL clearing fees and customs duties, what started what originally 1/3 of the local cost, ended costing 25% more than what it cost locally. Don't bother using MyUS and save yourself the trouble and cost.

I do understand if it requires special handling. They notifies me that it could not be shipped out of the UK, but it COULD be sent to a local address, which provided. IT HAS NOW BEEN 1 MONTH, and they still have not sent it to my London address. This delay is ridiculous!

However, during our most recent email exchange, I was surprised by their change in attitude. They insisted on overlooking my concern and seemed to take a more dismissive approach rather than addressing the issue at hand. Despite my second attempt to get their attention and resolve the matter, it felt as though my concerns were ignored, and the situation became increasingly hopeless. I am uncertain about the cause of this shift in behavior, but it was a notable departure from the professionalism I have come to expect from MyUS.com. I hope this feedback can be reviewed to ensure that such experiences do not hinder the overall quality of customer service, as I have otherwise been satisfied with MyUS.com's services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

However, I was less satisfied with the guidance provided for optimizing my shipping costs. Despite specifically asking whether my shipment could be split to reduce costs, I was informed that it wasn't possible to do so. This was frustrating because when the shipment arrived, it was in multiple boxes, which suggested that a split could have been feasible. Had I been advised accordingly, I could have significantly cut the shipping costs. For future improvements, I would recommend that your team not only respond to direct inquiries but also proactively offer solutions and advice, especially when it comes to cost efficiency. This would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and make your service more appealing to cost-conscious clients. Thank you for considering my feedback.
