Meu contacto na últimos dias, na myus. Nos últimos dias tenho tentando reaver os meus bens na myus das minhas contas cancelada, no entanto recebo a mesma notificação que ñ podem me oferecer serviços com o meu nome, e sempre que criou uma nova conta e peço para cadastra os pacotes que estão na myus, que eu comprei, eles simplesmente cancelam e dizem você ñ ofereceu informações necessárias, sempre que pergunto o porquê do cancelamento dizem a equipe de segurança diz que ñ podem me oferecer serviços, e para piorar infelizmente a sua equipa de devolução é ineficiente e simplesmente ñ fazem nenhuma devolução e assim se vocês tiver uma conta cancelada com os produtos a myus se apropria dos produtos pois ñ a garantia que eles sejam descartados, e sinceramente usar a myus tem sido lamentável a sua política para clientes é desfavorável para quem deseja usar como um negócio e sua política de segurança é péssima, o que eu posso dizer infelizmente está ser uma empresa simplesmente que rouba pertences dos seus usuários. Se Ñ devolver os meus produtos, sempre falarei com eles e direi tudo sobre as suas interações comigo, se for positiva demonstro aqui senão também demonstrou aqui.

my delivery notes clearly shows delivery photos to the us suite. But it is never transferred to my suite and I have to keep on logging missing packages for refunds. What is going on there?

Terrible service. My first shipment has been held for five days simply for invoice verification. My second shipment arrived almost a week ago and hasn't been added to my account yet. This is my last time using MyUs, I do not recommend them.

I used the service and lost over $150 worth of medicines cause of their incompetence, lack of diligence and lying. No two representatives talk the same. One says they are going to follow the instructions and the other says we don't even have the facilities. All in all, took 13 days to process the medicines and got tainted and had to trash them. I got a meagre $10 in credit as compensation. I have been in touch with the support team and its just for the sake of reply add that will look into it and won't do anything. Simply, avoid and never use this service.

Kind regards I have not recieved this package,they send bogus fotos,of delivery,especially from the UK Site. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. this is not the first package i lost,about $350 in 4 packages.

Everything arrived in good condition…packaged well and protected from breakage. However, due to invoices not being attached, more work for me to provide paperwork to DHL. This so ever since the reformatting of the MyUS website. Better this month though…previous few months experienced weeks of delayed deliveries.

I received all my orders from US brands safely and on time through MyUS! I was frustrated that my favorite US brands do not ship internationally, but now I can make an order anytime through MyUS! I'm satisfied with their services as they maintain the quality of the items that I purchased and they take photos of my items before shipping them to my country of residence so I can see them. I'm glad that they have this idea/platform so everyone around the world can enjoy products coming from the US. I would highly recommend MyUS to everyone

⭐☆☆☆☆ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! I registered with this pathetic excuse of a mail forwarding company based on their advertised low prices and “fast” shipping times from the USA to abroad. Biggest mistake ever! I sent my first parcel to them — a natural herbal supplement. I tracked the package, and it showed DELIVERED to their warehouse. TWO DAYS passed, and I got no notification from them. I had to contact their so-called “customer service” — hands down the rudest, most clueless agents I’ve ever dealt with. The rep clearly had ZERO idea how the company even operates. No help at all. Days later, I finally got an email saying my parcel was there and that I needed to choose from six shipping options ranging from cheap to ridiculously overpriced. Since I wasn’t in a rush, I picked the cheapest option. Surprise surprise — I immediately got another email saying they couldn't ship my parcel because it was a “prohibited item.” Remember, it’s a natural herbal supplement — not drugs, not chemicals — a common, legal product. Here’s where the scam gets exposed: After being told it was "prohibited," their rude customer service rep suddenly informed me they COULD ship it — if I chose their most expensive shipping option. What a joke! So now this “prohibited” item magically becomes “OK” if I pay them a premium. Classic bait and switch scam. Left with no choice, I paid the insane price for the most expensive shipping option that guaranteed delivery in 2-5 days. Another lie. It took 12 days to get my parcel. This company is nothing but a greedy, dishonest scam. They lure you in with cheap prices and then force you into paying their highest rates with fake “prohibited item” claims. Absolutely pathetic service, rude staff, and a total waste of money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS — there are far better, more honest forwarding services out there.

When I started using MyUS some 10 years ago, it was genuinely a five-star service. Whether I use the US or UK (slightly worse) service these past couple of years, the time from delivery of package (courier tracking) to placing in my box and then send, can seem to take a week or longer. To their credit, when you send a chaser email, they are quite responsive and then things move. I am inclined to experiment with other providers. A change is as good as a rest…
