Be careful when paying the insurance fee when shipping through myus to claim the damage, they are scamming you. I lost my $550 USD

Canada | 02 March 2025This was my first experience with a shipping forwarding company and was very concerned that this would be problematic or exorbitantly cost prohibitive. The system worked very well. I was notified when my packages arrived to them and the process of forwarding was seamless. The costs were significant, more than expected and likely not a solution I will use again unless I have no other option, as I did in this case. I am rather upset that I still had to pay Duty and Taxes from the local courier prior to receiving my packages, since I opted in to MyUS paying for them in my shipping costs. I recommend this solution if no other options are available, but suggest finding alt companies when faced with ordering from a company that doesn't ship to your country.

United Kingdom | 02 March 2025Simply put - My US advertise delivery pricing, reel you into registering then make up costs as they go along then you're forced to pay as they have your item(s). My order was a combination order so various items were delivered to them on different days. I specifically instructed My US to NOT dispatch any items until the entire order had arrived but NOPE! They sent out the first part of my order because I did not have a Premium Membership. I understand that it does say on their site that there is not Package Consolidation unless you have a Premium Membership, however it does not say that they will automatically process the delivery of single packages without your authorisation too. I was under the belief that items may be sent out individually if you don't have a Premium Membership AND ONLY once you request for the item to be dispatched. Anyway this cost me extra money of course. Also their weight chart is not correct too. It's all lies and fraud. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. - I cancelled my Premium Membership as soon as I had all items dispatched from their warehouse. I was better off getting the companies I ordered from to deliver to me directly. Money down the drain.
