Having the convenience of getting multiple items shipped at one and the fact it’s such a quick service is fantastic The fact I can also select a service point for drop off is also fantastic being able to shift worker so I never stress about delivery days / times

I was over charged for a parcel because as they said the dimensional size is larger that the weight size, the fact that this size was due to a half empty box that items were put into. I already stoped dealing with them since they don’t have any ethical values.

Second times they are loosing my order! First it was a instruction manual for a game and this time it's the complete order that have vanished! After week, now news, no sign of refund whatsoever. I'm waiting for my last parcel at Myus and I'm moving to Skypaxus.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: MyUS.com is running a systematic measurement scam After being a loyal customer for some time, I've fallen victim to what appears to be a common scam at MyUS.com. They're holding my package hostage while demanding an outrageous $800+ "oversized package fee" based on completely fabricated measurements. Here's how their scam works: You ship a normal-sized package to their facility They falsely claim your package is enormous (in my case, claiming a small box containing 3 security cameras was somehow 81 INCHES long!) They hit you with astronomical "oversized" shipping fees When you protest, they ignore evidence and offer insulting "discounts" I provided ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPHS proving my package was nowhere near their claimed dimensions. Their response? A pathetic $52.50 "courtesy" discount off a $940+ charge. Pure insult. For four weeks, I've been in customer service hell. Their representatives respond with canned phrases, ignore evidence, and pass you around endlessly. They refuse to admit their obvious measurement error while holding your property hostage. After researching online, I've discovered dozens of similar complaints - this isn't an accident, it's their business model. They deliberately inflate measurements to extract maximum fees, banking on customers being desperate enough to pay rather than lose their packages. The response from "Ahmad" and "Lara" at their support team has been nothing short of appalling - condescending, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. They don't even pretend to investigate the obvious discrepancy between their claimed dimensions and the actual package. My advice: NEVER use MyUS.com If you already have, document EVERYTHING Take photos of all packages Dispute any suspicious charges immediately File complaints with Florida consumer protection agencies Spread the word to protect others I've now filed formal complaints with multiple agencies and am pursuing every avenue to recover my property and expose this fraudulent operation. Save yourself the headache and financial loss - AVOID MYUS.COM at all costs. If you've experienced similar issues with them, please comment below. Shipment arrived with missing items that were included in the original package - free thank you gifts and activator pens. Speed of shipment was great but missing components is a let down. Have confirmed with the merchant that they were in the original package.

It have always been expensive to use their service to send stuff to Sweden. But it worked. When a package arrived to them, you should get a mail and choose how to send the package. Now, they don´t do that anymore. They choose the most expensive DHL Express (because they get money from DHL) and send you a invoice directly. I bought figures worth $62 and paid $102 for shipping and when the package arrived to Sweden I needed to pay additional $22. Wait it will not end there. Their staff not only opened the brownbox, they even opened up the figure package with a razor knife and damaged it. Why do they need to open the figure box itself?? How do I know they did it, the figure came with it´s original Mattel brownbox, should be sealed, that person didn´t even closed the brownbox after. Update: I already filled the claim form, but still no answer from them.

Overall, very good, my dropshipper is precise and quick in packaging my books or comics. This material doesn't usually require extra services. A couple of times I was a bit annoyed that my things were not in their original sleeves/envelopes, but nothing serious. I gather that this service entails checking every item for safety reasons.

MyUS.com is my only trusted forwarder in the States. I rely on thousands of dollars worth of goods to be shipped to my overseas location on an annual basis and I had ZERO issues with them. It's been more than six years since I first used its service and I hope to rely on MyUS.com for my packages for the next fifty more years!

Unfortunately this company will try its best to scam you. I wanted to like this company because it is a service that is needed. However the persistent swindle via hidden and unauthorized fees is really egregious. 1st scam: You can create a free account. Great. However if you add a 2nd person name to the free account they will charge you $25 without making that clear and upfront. Obviously I complained and I was told that the fee was (hidden) in the FAQ. Why not make the fee in the place where you request the service to add a 2nd name? 2nd scam: You can sign up for a $9.99 for a Premium service. For what the offer, that seemed fair so I tried it. However after a while, I decided I did not need it. They charge me $10 to stop the service! Now I don't mind paying $10 if you told me before hand that there is a fee to stop the service, but there is no such mention. I am sure that if I search through the FAQ...it might hidden there. These are just cheap scam tricks to swindle people. If you are ok with a company not disclosing upfront and clearly all of their fees, then this is your kind of company.
