I have packages waiting to be shipped because MyUS can't process my Paypal payment. Nothing happens in my Paypal account so it's clearly an issue in their end, but they refuse to admit this. I can't remove the payment method either, I asked MyUS to remove it but they refuse to do it, telling me to add a credit card. I don't want to do that, I want to pay with Paypal like I do on all other websites but their technical glitch is preventing this. Messages to customer service are like speaking to a wall, either they don't understand english or don't care to read my message and send copy-paste replies.

Thanks to MyUS, There are no longer Items I cannot purchase b‘cos the Vendors do not ship to Ireland. MyUS offer an exceptional and brilliant service, shipping items Internationally, with customs charges sorted. I can shop online on their site almost anywhere and it arrives on my doorstep intact. The charges for this fabulous service are extremely attractive, affordable and well worth it. I highly recommend MyUS to Ye All.

It was dispatched quickly after I requested shipping. However, when shipped it didn’t show movement or tracking for a very long time. In fact it still doesn’t. The whole process for delivery is double what it used to be with the same shipping. It was quicker with USPS.

Lost my packages twice over 2 months and offers a refund of store credit. No one wants your store credit. We want the stuff that we buy. Horrible slow service that keeps getting worse over time. Customer service is unreachable 90% of the time

As a shipping company, your input into the value of items i believe is beyond your pervue The customs of the destination country make that determination not the shipper. I ship from the US with at least 8 other companies and you are the only one that wants to determine values. Please just ship.

Do not under any circumstances use this service, which was recommended to me by my credit card. It is atrocious with no customer support, mystery fees and high shipping charges. Avoid it at all costs.
