The actual weight taken at home of similar size of teapot shows 2.2lbs but it was updated with above 4 lbs resulting in extra postage. I feel cheated, and I also was told by online helpdesk chat that they will only get the net weight of the item, NOT the whole parcels. Yet after 2 times of reopening the case and reinvestigation, same weight 4.2lba given.

Morocco | 24 February 2025I opened an account with MyUS in good faith and subscribed to a $9.99 premium membership, expecting to consolidate my purchases and save on shipping costs. However, I have encountered multiple manipulations and fraudulent practices on your part: • Delays in Receiving My USPS Packages – Over the past three months, I have experienced multiple delivery failures, especially on weekends, with the reason cited as “premises closed,” despite your claim of being open 7 days a week. • Fraudulent Attempts to Charge Extra Fees – You received a package correctly addressed to me, with my name and suite number, yet falsely claimed it was not intended for me. Only after multiple complaints and providing the delivery receipt from the seller did you finally add the package to my suite—without making any modifications. It is evident that this manipulation was intended to force me into requesting a paid inspection for $8, which is nothing but a scam. • Withholding an Item and Overcharging – I purchased two albums from the same seller at the same time. MyUS received both, but only one was added to my suite, while the other was deliberately hidden. Despite my complaints and providing the invoice detailing both albums, you insisted that I pay an $8 inspection fee. Miraculously, the missing album was added to my suite within three hours. To make matters worse, you charged my account $15 instead of $8. • Overstated Weight and Inflated Shipping Costs – You consistently record incorrect package weights, always inflating them. As a result, instead of paying around $40 for shipping, I was charged $165,46 via FedEx. This is unacceptable, especially since customs fees are calculated on the total cost, including shipping charges. • Unjustified FedEx Storage Fees – FedEx held my package in their warehouse for over 20 days, despite my visits to their offices on the 2nd and 3rd day after its arrival. They stubbornly refused to release it until 20 days later. Even after having paid customs and brokerage fees on 12/19/2024, I did not receive my package until 01/07/2025. To top it all off, I was charged an additional $32 in storage fees, as if I were the one who had delayed collecting the package. I can now confirm that MyUS is synonymous with scams, wasted time writing endless complaints, and constant struggles to retrieve shipments. After checking online reviews, I see that many others have experienced the same fraudulent practices—I simply failed to pay attention earlier. I have kept all necessary records to support my claims if needed. I formally request an immediate refund of all unjustified charges and the termination of my account.

And yes the import duties to Europe are unavoidable so I have peace of mind knowing that they are paid. I think it fantastic service.

I asked them to ship it to my US Address instead which they could have done and agreed to do it. They asked me to change my default shipping address to my US address and I did, only to have nothing happen and them suddenly my package disappeared from my suite, only to see that they dumped my package and item. These guys are very inefficient !

United Kingdom | 24 February 2025They are absolute scammers I bought a simple shampoo from native and bought it for 16.99 and it got to the my us warehouse and I had to upload nearly 17 statements to prove it’s my item then they told me I had to pay 40 pounds to get it shipped to me then it never arrived and now they’re trying to charge me nearly 30 pounds more for additional shipping fees which was never mentioned in our agreement so I’m sat here wondering why I’m still paying fee over fee even though my item never came to me and I just wasted 57 pounds for fees and no item

My only reason for reduced usage is because I found an alternative that allows me to pay tax fees when am paying shipping fees. I also import some goods that you consider dangerous such as minoxidil, how that is the case is still mind blowing though. You do partner with legitmate transporters which is good but the bureaucracy involved in clearing taxes locally is really bothering hence if I can pay taxes once and skip that step then am good but you dont offer that option.
