MyUS was most unhelpful and would not refund me the GST/Duty to me. The customer service said they keep it because of admin fees! I've been with MyUS for 11 years; but I've grown tired of the service as over time it's become more difficult to work with them.

Poland | 20 February 2025As a private user, it is a bit hard to influence shipping methods and explore options, also, in the "free" mode, there is no way to consolidate shipments apparently. So, depending on the value of the good, it makes shipping quite expensive. Otherwise, the use of extra boxes makes eventually transportation also more expensive but saves the goods from damage. But the good news is all is safe and arrived on time.
