Ease of process and beauty of item!

Sale went smoothly. US Customs was a brief bump in the road. Easily fixed but wish either the seller or DHL had followed up on shipping progress, and not reacted till I enquired.

The seller kept in touch daily and he and his partner were brilliant. The quality of the item purchased authentic and there was also genuine conversations about transport and arriving safely. One of the best purchasing experiences I've had online and this was from California to London. It can work!

Still waiting on a refund sent Item back last week, still nothing. Its a shame that customers satisfaction is not a priority with this company. They have written a reply to trust pilot, but still waiting on a refund. "Let the Buyer Beware" do not trust this company.

Dish arrived incredibly quickly and was packed very safely, in great condition.

First time went well. Second time I got a an offer from the seller that I never got an explanation for regarding why it was never processed eventhough I accepted it. So offers not binding for the seller. Third time paid over 1000e for a damaged piece, I could show what it looked like and how it should look like. They just refused, no explanation. Just "we dont think so".

Nothing went wrong, but I think offers should receive SOME reply, if for nothing else, so the buyer can move on. Also, I feel offers with no reply should cancel automatically in 3 days (72 hrs.), not 7. Again, this is so the buyer can move on and not have a "floating offer" hanging out for a week.

Terrible Company spent $3000.00 on a bracelet and got approval from seller to return process through 1st Dibs. Tried to get the process through the three day return policy. No luck tried their online chat Terrible service they keep stalling if I want my money back, I have to contact my credit card Company.

Seller is super responsible and makes lovely items.
