Not recommended at all. If you have extra money to waste, go for it. I wish I could give a minus -100 star. After just one revision, you’ll realize that the CV is AI-generated: overly wordy and lacks coherence. The formatting is also poorly done. terrible job done.

If I could give a negative review I would - please avoid at all costs. I purchased the 'Ultimate' package on 3rd October for £103 and out of the multiple items included in my package, I only have access to the LinkedIn refresh. The CV was never finished and was then removed from the portal when I eventually requested a refund which never arrived. TopCV continually disputed the inclusion of the CV Coaching Package despite my providing evidence of my purchase, then the Coach was unable to schedule an interview as 'the calendar was not working', I since received an email saying this 'is on hold'. I was never given access to the 'world class CV editing platform' or able to utilise the 'We apply for 3 jobs for you' - this is now useless since I have found a job in this time. I have made numerous calls and emails to which the response has been diabolical. I contacted Trading Standard who confirmed this is a breach of contract, and I followed their advice to send a letter by recorded delivery on 19th November requesting that TopCV provide the services or a refund within 7 days. I sent this to both registered address and both have been ignored. I had to wanted to resolve this amicably but have no option but to now seek further legal advice.

The CV I received was completely overloaded and had a very bad formatting. I showed it to many of my friends who are CEOs or in high ranked positions and they all said they would never hire someone with a CV like that. I was so unhappy and never used it but only received 50% of the payment back. So 100€ thrown out of the window. The customer support is quick in responding.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It was abundantly clear that an AI tool was writing my CV and that "Clare" my advisor was obviously not based in the UK or anywhere where English was the first language spoken. Grammatically terrible, incorrect use of commas and sentences clearly either made by AI and/or someone with poor grasp of the English language. Raised this as a concern and was ignored; reraised it this week and no responses either. Honestly; avoid this like the plague, I knew it was too cheap and regret using it, do not trust the positive reviews either which are clearly written by staff.
