Clarity and convincing

I think these reviews must be a scam or this service is for people who have never put a CV together before. If you know how to use a keyboard and you can spell/string a sentence together, you’ll do a better job than whatever the hell this is. They keep referring to me as Alex for starters, that is not even close to my name. Not a great start from a company pertaining to be good at writing cvs. Honestly - go through LinkedIn professional.

It helps to draft a good CV I personally have a problem drafting CV, but with TopCV I could get CV template.

1) Instructions provided by Craig A was clear, easy to understand. 2) The questionary was structured meaningfully. All questions make sense. While reading the questions I have looked to my experience from different prospective. 3) Responce time exceeded my expectations - it was way quick than I was expecting. 4) Tha last but not least - I liked my resume formatting, logic and content. At some point I thought I was reading somebody else resume 😄😄😄

My TopCV CV is unusable. It is poorly formatted, has grammatical errors/inconsistencies and does not reflect my skills or experiences. An experienced friend in HR reviewed the ‘before’ and ‘after’ document and agreed that the updated version is a clear regression to the original. They are slow to respond and I had multiple ‘people’ reviewing my CV causing further confusion and inconsistencies. I am reviewing here as they have not responded to my final complaint. In short, this service is a scam. Avoid. Update following reply from TopCV: why did it take a public review for you to reply and offer this additional support? Given the poor level of service I have received so far I have very limited confidence in whatever else you can offer.

My CV needed refreshing, to be made more concise and also to demonstrate my skills and experience in a more enhanced manner to stand out. Never a fun job to do that..
