I need a refund and you need to respond and attend to my queries about refund. I've sent numerous emails about a refund but I have yet to get a single email from you. Ironically, I keep receiving marketing emails from you, Top CV. I expected Top CV to deliver a high quality editing for your asking price. The editing that they sent me is very bad - made up, and not fit to use. They require me to edit them heavily. I bought Top CV so they can do the editing for me, but now want me to do the work i paid them for. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Top CV that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract and I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be refunded.

The worse service, daylight robbery. They did not share that there is a short 4 day window for feedback and re-do. Mine was horrendous, the original cv shared was 100 times better. They captured the least important details and left key ones. So many discrepancies and I could not even get them to re-do again as time was up!

Con job. I want a refund. From my resume, they just made things up. And then want me to edit for them. For the money they ask you, they should assign you to a person who works for the relevant industry for you. I've questioned my decision making skills buying into the Top CV marketing. Instead of feeling confident for your job search, Top CV just did the opposite for me.

Nikita was absolutely amazing - took all the information that I supplied in my initial questionnaire and was totally on the same wavelength as myself. Nikita very quickly gave my very long winded CV a much needed professional overhaul, that literally only needed a minor tweak so that I could add the location for each of my job roles. My LinkedIn profile update was also given a professional sprucing up, which will really help fine tune and highlight my skills (plus accurately capture the correct keywords for recruitment searches), and finally a beautifully and professionally worded covering letter. Horrible purchase experience. Still can’t get proper solution on the issue. I got some bad feedback which said my cv is difficult to read and understand from some potential employers. I expect I will get professional services from TopCV, but it didn’t. They asked me to pay extra to extend the review period, that is nothing wrong on me, why I have to pay extra to fix the problem? Then they said after the review, the cv is really good. And they didn’t answer my questions, just teach me how to adjust my job search. “In today's job market, the job search time from beginning to hiring often takes longer. During these times, it is important to remain positive and develop a schedule for your job search.” I got this auto reply twice which didn’t answer my question and didn’t do anything to help me. I don’t think TopCV really provide good service to client.

I have bought many services and purchases in my life, but this is the closest to a SCAM I've been to. After paying a recurring £40 fee to have my CV optimised and specified for a specific job, I sent in my CV which has landed me great jobs as a consultant, and manager in high-profile companies. The output I received what smeared with grammatical errors, made-up acronyms, numbers that I had never provided, and a CV that didn't fit my professional experience what so ever. I got handed something that was run through AI and neither grammatically checked, sense-checked or factually checked. I wrote to TopCV about my experience and they have refused a refurbishment, but instead asked if I was interested in another review - WHy should I believe that they can provide me with something better? I get that CVs need to go through iterations, but the level of the first I received was so poor I might as well just have sent a blank document. I used places like Fiverr before which I will recommend. TopCV? I would never recommend it to anyone. And their refusal of a refund I belive is not aligned with the law.

Everything is pretty clear. Answers are pretty fast and feedback is punctual. Your free trial meets its goal of generating enough value and trust to want to purchase the paid version.

Quality, speed and feedback loop was excellent. The team understood the requirements and delivered an amazing result. It was a good little investment.
