I returned a faulty vacuum, they received the return on the 6th February, I messaged them on the 17th asking when I'll receive a refund, I recived a brief message back saying they'd issued it on the 17th, I messaged back asking how long it would take approximately and I recived another brief answer saying check with my Bank. I'll give it five days and see what happens. If it doesn't show up I'll ask my bank to put in for a refund and contact trading standards.

Been through two carpet cleaners now with bissell. Both purchased direct. Both broke after around 6 months use. Contacted them directly. Hadnt even bothered respond.

This time everything has worked and the delivery has arrived.

Delivered the next day. Didn’t think at first to look at the prices of the manufacturer looked at other retail outlets thank goodness I did look got an absolute bargain on my carpet cleaner

The spotclean pro works well and removes a lot of grime although the hose is a bit short. This makes it awkward to use on furniture. However the biggest issue is the noise it makes. Absolutely deafening. Ear defenders should be worn. In addition the motor exhaust vent ejects the hot air downwards so risk of carpet/fabric burn. Avoid.

Absolute shocking consumer care service my product is under 6 years warrenty and has stopped working called consumer care went through troubleshooting over the phone still not working then got told to wait 3-5 working days for a call for a home repair visit it’s now been 7 working days NOTHING I’ve called 3 times to just be told oh we will send an email through and if I don’t get a call back I have to send the product off to then wait a further 10 working days for it to be repaired verry slow at communication never buying from bissell again!!

Their web site seems to be a complete scam. Tells me to subscribe and receive a 10% discount, after cutting through a lot of red tape I finally get the code but it isn't accepted. Then I spot over 55's get 15% discount (which seems ageist to me), so again, I have to sell my soul to get that code, again, not accepted. I don't trust this company now. I have their Revolution Pet Pro cleaner, which is not very good anyway, clogs up with short hair cat fur quite often. But now I'll use another brand of cleaner in it until the unit is good for the tip.

Brilliant Company, i ordered a spot clean Pet Pro in the evening and it was on my doorstop first thing the following day! I was using my daughters before and thought i'd better get my own. Works even better than her older model, pleased i went with this one, so easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a bissell cross wave on first using the cleaner we were very happy with the purchase. Then 4 months later the problems began first it leaked water everywhere then it stopped self cleaning then the motor packed in ,so we contacted the service centre who gave us the usual speel clean this do that at what point does the thing doesn't work did she not get anyway according to bissels term and conditions we should have got a full refund but oh no we'll pick it up and repair it.ok we sent the cleaner off for repair two weeks later bissell sent it back after using it twice it's broken again I would not recommend this cleaner to my worst enemy it a complete pile of rubbish.

What a fantastic purchase. My carpet, although quite old, looks like a new carpet. I can not praise these products enough.
