This is the best carpet cleaner I have used. The results in the first pass over really did surprise me. Had to order some more cleaning liquid as the smell this leaves is great. 3 for 2 as well

Purchased another Carpet Cleaner from Bissell. We had a much larger one many years ago and it gave us a superb level of service. When we moved house, we actually left the larger one behind; it still worked perfectly. Requiring a smaller Carpet Cleaner now that we have moved to a much smaller home and have rugs as opposed to fitted carpet, Bissell was our “go to” supplier, due to our previous experience with one of their Carpet Cleaners. Superb customer service too. We ordered our new Carpet Cleaner early evening and it was delivered to us the very next morning. Amazing service! Thank you so very much.

I’ve ordered a product from Bissell and wanted to return it on the same day. I’ve been trying for four days in a row to reach their customer service through their hotline and by mail but to no avail. Absolutely no return from them whatsoever. Appalling non existent customer service. Buyer beware.
