The product I ordered on 13th still NOT received, I called twice and spoke to you sales lady who ensured that she will dispatch the item and look into this but I have still NOT received the item.

Worked great, I was surprised at how dirty my floors were! And a major bonus to be able to do the rugs with it too. It didn’t dry it very well but easy to control the volume of water used which helped

Well designed product replacing rather ancient ProHeat. New version much more user friendly. Price with extra fluid not unreasonable and I suspect less than I paid for now deceased ( emptying clean water tank onto floor) unit probably around 15 or even more years ago. A little lighter in use and a lot quieter.

I purchased the Bissell spot pro as l find the stairs difficult as l get older, what a great carpet cleaner, l was really delighted at the ease of use and the results after one use, l will give it a other run in a week or two as it wasn't so difficult for me and I'm sure I'll be pleased with the finished look.
