Easy to order. Product is very good and does what it says it does. BUT - the instructions are TERRIBLE. No words, only silly little pictures that are very unclear. Even IKEA's instructions are better and they are pretty terrible. i would not have bought the product if I had known that the instructions were useless. Had to get my daughter to show me how to take it apart after using every time.

well what can I say can see why the company has been going for so many years the carpet pet pro is absolutely amazing I was so impressed by it I was using it at 11.30 pm couldn't believe how good it was it has in my opinion been designed by someone who uses the machine often because its combatted the problems I have had with other machines in the past like the front of the machine comes off easily to clean , in my case pet hair ,also the dirty water tank and clean water tank is so easy to remove and the machine, being a bit heavy enables the cleaner ease of suction to remove dirty water amongst other things from the carpet so all in all a brilliant carpet washer well done indeed a wise choice by me , I have had several machines over the past few years from other company's but this is certainly the best at a good value for money price. I will keep you posted with my new toy as I have used it every day since and not a bit fed up with it as I am still amazed by the performance very well done again regards terry.

A great bargain with 3 x 1.5ltr and a 250ml treatment bundle. Very fast delivery of a good quality, well made unit. I have just had a very light carpet fitted in every room so this spot cleaner has given me piece in mind in case the mulled wine or curry ends up on it. Well worth the price from Bissel

I paid extra for Saturday delivery to ensure receipt of product. This was issued on a Wednesday and then taken to my local post office so still not received and not had the opportunity to collect. This is why I paid the extra for Saturday delivery. Very disappointed with the service 😡😡
