Ordered some of the fantastic pet stain pre treat spray for next day delivery unfortunately DPD lost the original parcel but BISSELL customer services on the phone were great very helpful and organised replacements to be sent overnight and an extra one for the inconvenience. They lost a star because the email customer services were useless passing me back to the phone service! Nice to find a company who cares

Delivered as promised. Wasnt sure if due to my location this would happen. Got to use this little machine as soon as I could. Easy to set up and easy to clean out. Takes up minimal space compared to my old upright. Wore earplugs as all washers are pretty loud. Great cleaning and quick to dry. 3 full size bottles of fluid add to the value. I recommend this machine.

Easy to order online and prompt delivery when it said it would be. A little disappointed with the distribution of liquid method to area required but managed well enough, the suction power was good and removed the bulk of moisture leaving carpet just a little damp.

Small dog accidents cleaned up without a trace. I am living temporarily in a property which is also for sale so it needs to be in great condition, hence my purchase of the Bissell Proheat2 X Revolution. It's done a great job of cleaning the carpets but I do feel that they are damper than expected, even when I went over them again very slowly to maximise the suction. It's also quite heavy for me, I've got a number of physical health problems, it pushes along fine but lifting it is a bit clumsy for me.
