The process of booking the room was very easy, however upon arrival was informed that the room I had booked and the room I thought I’d book were rather different!

It's a good hotel, but not 5 stars. The rooms are good, and the meals are quite good. The hotel maintenance is average. And most important, services, like WiFi or safe deposit box that are supposed to be free in 5 stars or 4 stars hotel, were not free.

Lovely aparthotel, clean and fresh throughout! Couple of downfalls- £100 deposit (refundable if left in good condition) required per room on top of amount. Bedding for the sofa bed was tinted yellow? Very strange but didn’t smell.

Very good for one night stay in Belfast.

Excellent service with Elvoline. Unfortunately the hotel lifts were inadequate for 13 floors and the music in the Skybar was too noisy and you weren’t allowed out onto the outdoor terrace unless you were smoking which seemed very unfair! There was a long queue to check in but we were given a chocolate cookie whilst we waited. Unfortunately no decaffinated coffee in the restaurant at breakfast. We thought Leeds city centre and shopping arcades were fantastic and lovely renovation of quayside. Sadly Leeds lost to Norwich 1-3!

Unacceptable got to the Langham and they didn’t have our booking luckily the Langham found us a room and then sorted out the booking from you

Neat enough but lots of wear and tear, with marks on the walls and carpet. There is also and a horrible smell coming from the bathroom drains. We had to keep the door closed at all times.

The booking was cheaper than booking direct. However we wanted a twin room but there were none. We were told they were all gone on that day even though our booking was for double/twin and we checked in early around 1pm. We decided not to let it spoil our plans.
