France | 03 February 2019Première impression très bonne en rentrant dans l'hôtel une agréable surprise on sent bien le côté familial. Le restaurant est plutôt bon. Puis en découvrant la chambre nous avons été un peu déçu le service reste minimum les chambres sont très brouillantes on entend les enfants courir jusqu'à 1h du matin et les portes claquer très fort. la deuxième déception a été pour la location dès serviette de piscine nous n'avons pas pu y aller car ils ne voulaient que de la monnaie.

United States | 03 February 2019I hate giving bad reviews, but I think this stay warrants honest feedback. My first impression was that this hotel had incredibly nice staff. The only initial problem with the room was that the shower didn’t drain well. The room was outdated, but that was expected for the price. However, When my belly was covered in bites after the first night and they spread to the rest of my chest and ankles the second night I realized that I’m pretty sure the room was flea invested. it could have been bedbugs, but based on my itchy middle of the night Internet research, the pattern seemed more like flea. They were nice enough to move me to another room. Sadly the second room had an even more poorly draining shower and the heater didn’t work. They were incredibly polite and nice at check-out, but they didn’t offer any apology or compensation for the flea incident.

The whole amount for my stay charged my credit card during booking process (10.2018) whereas the description was suggesting it would be done several days prior hotel check in. The price seemed to be competitive, a way better then the offical hotel price list.

At the exact same time I get my bank's text confirming that my credit card had been charged for the full price, an email from Elvoline lands on my inbox informing that the hotel is sold out. Elvoline charged my card for a reservation they knew for a fact they could not honor. I can now expect for a delay of 2 to 3 business days before I get my refund. Multiply that by a few thousand other suckers like me, and I am sure you get a nice business model running on interest on other people's money.

United States | 31 January 2019Wonderful hotel, excellent location, HUGE guest rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, very clean and adequately appointed, lovely balcony, nice pool, tiki bar, and restaurant. I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The only suggestions I would make to the hotel are to get new mattresses and update the room decor a bit...even without these suggestions the room was good but with them it would be perfect in my opinion :)).
