El aire acondicionado estaba en corte mientras que uno pasaba de on a off la perilla daba la corriente en el acceso del baño planeta de cerámica rota casi me corta el pie y la demora en entrega algún elemento pedimos bata para bañarnos de moraron más de una hora para subir las batas el menú del buffet de la mañana siempre era el mismo no avía variaciones si uno apagaba las luces el sistema que estaban con los enchufes y el minibar quedaba gotiando dejaba todo mojado y no se cargaban los equipo electrónicos que uno tenía cargando al final avía que dormir con la luz prendida para poder cargar los equipos y para que también los elementos del mini bar no sea afectados.

Contrate los servicios de este hotel por ubicarse cerca de donde debía ir. Al llegar a hacer el checkin, me informaron que no había cupo en dicho lugar, por lo que me derivarían a otro establecimiento administrado por ellos mismos, obviamente más lejos de mi destino. El traslado entre ambos lugares fue a costo del hotel. Me entregaron una habitación en la cual no cabiamos todos los pasajeros (viaje con mi grupo familiar), pero finalmente nos solucionaron este tema poniendo a nuestra disposición otra habitación del apart hotel. En definitiva, creo que el cambio fue positivo y cumplió las expectativas. No obstante lo ideal hubiese sido evitar estas vicisitudes, es rescatable la preocupación que mostró su personal por lograr nuestra comodidad final, lo que se logró.

Excellent place and situation to town .Four Square across the road and meat and vege shop for convenience. Good configuration in the room ,lots of space, and the bed super comfy. Highly recommend 😀

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night with a few friends.We all found the rooms very comfortable and clean. The location was very handy for visiting the old town and a great location for the festival theatre. Breakfast at £10 a head was great value for money and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and polite. As we go through to Edinburgh a few times a year I would check for availability here before looking anywhere else.

Great 2 night stay. Great location, lovely staff. Was a bit worried after reading some reviews for this hotel as they was not all good. However, we found this a lovely clean, friendly hotel to stay at.
