Germany | 24 January 2019Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht. Für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind (6Jahre). Als wir in das Zimmer gekommen sind war dort kein Bett für unser Kind. Wir sollten 60 $ Aufpreis bezahlen damit unser Kind ein Bett erhält. Wir fanden das unmöglich und waren sehr verärgert. Wenn ich ein Zimmer für 3 Personen buche, gehe ich davon aus, dass jeder ein Bett hat. Ich habe für 3 Personen gebucht, dass steht auch auf meiner Buchungsbestätigung.

United States | 23 January 2019Only book through Elvoline if you can afford to have NO hotel reservation at the day you arrive! We booked a hotel room 9 days before arriving in London and got a confirmation from Elvoline. Two days before check-in we got informed that Elvoline wasn’t able to get a room from the hotel we chose and were offered another one (double the distance from sights we wanted to visit and with lower ratings). We called and asked for a different offer. One day after that we were offered a hotel, comparable to the one we originally booked. We agreed to take this offer. On the day of our flight we received an email, telling us that Elvoline (again) had not been able to get the room confirmed by the hotel and we would get our money back. Therefore, 9 days after booking a room through Elvoline, we ended up not having a reservation at the day of our flight to London. Edit: Thanks for the reply. If I had known that you have no contact to any hotels whatsoever (and that the third party you are working with only has contact to the hotels 'in most cases') I would have not booked through you. Hotel prices were around $100/night 9 days before check-in day. When you told us we would have no hotel ON THE DAY OF THE CHECK-IN, prices had doubled to $200. "Booking" via Elvoline cost us an additional $200 for the 2 nights.

Netherlands | 21 January 2019Arrived at the Dynastyhotel in Doha, after arriving at the airport in Doha on Thursday 17-01-2019. When a taxi took us to the hotel, it was around 01.00 hrs.in the morning of Friday 18-01-19. The receptionist at the hoteldesk told us there was a problem, as there was no room available for us !! She arranged a taxi that took us to the Diamond hotel in Doha. The Diamond hotel is the worst hotel in Doha, and this is were we had to spend our first night in Doha. The room was dirty and very basic, without having even a toilet and bathroom in the room. At 12.00 hrs. on Friday we took a taxi back to Doha Dynasty hotel, where we checked in and got a normal standard room. No apologies were even made by reception. The next day we left early to catch our flight to Bangkok in the morning. After all, we had a bad experience and felt that we have been treated badly.
