Ordering process was easy but the delivery was not good , I had three different dates for the delivery , I have not yet fitted the deflector

My truckman canopy glass door broke and I contacted Truckman to enquire about a replacement and price. They responded quickly and efficiently and when I experienced fitting problems their technical help was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful in arranging transit to the Isle of Wight which many companies refuse to do or charge a huge surcharge to do so. Good e-mail communication and friendly and helpful on the telephone.

Great advice and service I wanted to buy some luggage rails for my Ford Ranger Wildtrak and had been struggling to find the right ones on line. The Tyre compressor is very good and hopefully will keep me out of trouble. Sadly the delivery company was basically 2star. Delivery time was communicated twice and both times wrong, paid for next day delivery, 4 days later it arrived.

Bought a bonnet guard ,easy to install ,good quality would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a tailgate damper and also a bonnet guard, previously purchased a pair of rear rails as my truck has Truckman mountain cover, all goods have been delivered on time and in good order. my reason for 4 stars is the fitting instructions, I am not a mechanic but I am pretty handy and in all cases I have found the instructions limited and so has my colleague and feel that on-line video instructions would be really beneficial, in the end someone in a garage fitted the damper and bonnet guard the rails we attempted and had to ring Truckman where we got very helpful advice. Sales blurb makes it all seem easy but on-line instructions would be a boom.

If there was a zero stars then I would have given this. The quality of the products are so bad, the instructions may as well not be provided and there customer support is non existent. Avoid this company as all costs as I will be doing in the future. Expensive mistake using this company, nearly £200 down the drain!
