Good quality items , easy to deal with and prompt delivery

Received my tailgate assist for my toyota hilux on time as promised. Excellent German made product,...fitted in about 25 mins all as the instructions. The system works perfectly making the tailgate much easier and safer to use. I studied alternative makes before purchase and read all the reviews, there are cheaper alternatives out there but with poor reviews and quality. Excellent service, will certainly use truckman again for my hilux products.

I found that the items I have purchased are good quality and fit for purpose. After sales back is also excellent, they were more than happy to help with technical questions and advice on suitability of items for your particular motor.

Had a problem with the tailgate water deflector splitting, contacted Truckman prior to Mitsibushi Dealer Problem resolved within a week with full new tailgate glass replaced..

I had an issue where the rear handle would no longer lock and some of the window seals had begun to perish allowing water into the tub. I contacted customer services, who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. They agreed to cover the parts under warranty and have sent me plenty of guides to help with fitting them when they arrive.

I had a issue with the interior light not coming on when I opened the canopy. Contacted Truckman described the problem had a guied how to adjust the switch sent over via email. All fixed in a matter of minutes. Fantastic customer service.

Had a problem with my hardtop, Truckman staff got things sorted very quickly, good service thanks very much.
