I ordered 2x himalaya diaper rash cream from distacart as i was not able to find that cream anywhere in Norway. I hesitated to order as i had not heard about the website from anyone but everything from order to delivery was very smooth. I did not have to think about any toll tax for courier and got the cream within 2-3 days from india to norway. Very much recommended.

The initial shipment was contained by quarantine and it was significantly delayed. During this process I reached out to distacart and they kept me updated throughout the process. They sent out another order without any additional cost from me to compensate for the delay. So I received two lots of these sweets I had purchased. One packet was completely ruined due to the delay at the cargo centre but it was replaced with the new box we received. So overall I was 200% satisfied with the shopping experience. The sweets are really good too!"

I ordered a kurtha set from Denmark and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the product I received. Not only was the price quite reasonable, but the delivery also arrived right on schedule. What truly stood out was the fantastic team at Distacart. They were incredibly friendly and displayed great communication skills when addressing any issues or concerns we had. Their humility and politeness were truly commendable.

Good products, but FALSE ADVERTISING about customs duties to Estonia!! The product page says (still says in the moment of writing this review) that if I order over 50.49 EUR there will be no customs duties or extra charges. When the goods arrived, DHL contacted me and provided me with two options: 1) they will make customs declaration and pay duties for me (they'll also charge extra fee for that); 2) I'll pay duties with government tax and customs board. I chose option 2 to avoid more fees. I paid around 8 EUR extra on top of my around 50 EUR order and contacted distacart to ask for refund. After more than a week and providing them all the evidence they ask (emails from DHL, payment receipts, successfuly completed customs declaration from customs board), they keep claiming no customs duties needed to be paid and refuse to refund me. Edit after their reply below: Thank you, but only after the above negative review did you offer me the refund. Not very nice.
