I love buying Ashokarishta and other products from Distacart, they are so helpful and always respond to my queries quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this product, it is the 3rd time I have bought a box of 5 bottles!

Very professional and excellent customers service. Very helpful staff help with any issues very quickly/ straight away. They paid for the UK custom fees as promised, very happy with them, I would use them again. They are an on-line Indian supplier of Indian goods from Indian sweets, grocery, Ayurvedic herbal supplements,Traditional Indian clothes etc... They bring India to our doorstep, some of the goods are difficult to find in the UK, so I am very glad we can import it for our personal use. I would definately recommend it to my relative in France. I bought some ayurvedic supplements and I am very happy with the products. Ther products are fairly priced compare to some other ayurvedic supplier from India who let you pay from the custom fees. This is one of the reason I have choosed distacart and I am very happy with them. No hidden cost.

I live in London, as I can't buy same product Isha Life in Isha website, I found the website Distacard.com. The price for all Isha Life was acceptable and everything was look like original, but when I received products, I was very disappointed. All products was FAKE. The oil , which should be look like liquid is look like a butter, and othe oil did have a smell look like old oil after cooking with curcuma all powder was I don't know what is was. I was scared to us them.I am very upset y disappointed .I spend more then £100 . I believe 1 STAR WAS TO MUCH FOR THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE.

I usually never buy my clothes online but it was a big surprise for me that I ordered 3 suits and a kurta . Order arrived on given time + every item was just fitted so well like my own personalised designs. Happy with quality & style. Må indrømme at jeg var noget usikker, ved at bestille et produkt så langt væk fra som Indien - langt uden for EU. Og var usikker på, om den danske told-kontrol måske ville fordoble udgiften. Men produktet kom efter efter 4-5 dage, leveret af DHL som dog krævede 30 kr. til betaling af importmoms/told - ca. 10% det beløb jeg havde betalt for produktet. Er super glad for at kunne modtage Neem & Gurkemejekapsler fra netop Isha Life, som laver produkter af særligt høj kvalitet, så både min hustru og jeg kan nyde godt af dem.

Placed an order on the 13th, package was delivered to Toronto on the 20th. Product expires in a year and 2 months, which gives me more than enough time to make good use of it. Packaging was a bit excessive but I'm sure it was done that way for a reason.

They put the custom duty on my account even though this was not stated during the purchase.Another person custom duty was charged for me and I tried to contact the customer service :happy @distscart.com ,no one responded and yesterday I had to pay fed ex account control £12.91 because they threatened to destroy my credit , how unfair. Their customer service is so poor

Read all the reviews and took a risk trying to buy an item from India. I will never use this service ever again and I strongly do not recommend it especially if you are shipping to Malaysia. I live in Malaysia and it clearly states that I paid for express delivery which will take 5-7 days on the website and my invoice. However, 6 days after making the payment I still did not receive even a tracking number. So, I reached out and they reverted after two days saying my order will be delivered the next day. I proceeded to ask for the tracking number. Then, someone else replies saying that the order hasn't been dispatched and once it has, I will get the tracking number. I received the tracking number from them next day and it was all in hindi - I google translated it and it clearly says that they created the tracking without sending the parcel and Aramex is waiting for them to send it. Absolutely, horrible service and not a single person on the customer service team is aligned. I've shipped from further countries and received my order within a week with no issues. I made my payment on 7 September. Its 18 September and Aramex is still waiting to receive my items to even begin the delivery.

I got my parcel on time and the product was just as described. It was the first time I ordered sth from them. My experience with them so far is really good.

Don't buy from this company, there will be hidden (shipping) fees. Contacted customer service and they said it was paid for, yet I continue getting messages from the shipping company, saying that it is not. I only paid about €10,- for the product I bought and I now have to pay even more than the product I bought in hidden charges! Again, don't recommend this company, it's pretty much a scam!
