Israel | 14 September 2023Disaster. Absolutely appalling experience. And I gave them a lot of time to make things right. My worst experience with an online vendor. For order 361241: - August 20th: Order placed with 4 days delivery time. - Contacted the company 8 days later on August 28th, after tracking showed the packages was sent TO THE WRONG COUNTRY. - The team apologised and pledged to fix things. - I was following up every 2 days and there is absolutely nothing happening. No steps taken by the company to make things right in any way. Would you believe that after discovering (on August 28th 16 days ago) they sent the item to the wrong address, they didn't just ship a new order to the correct address with a super fast shipping? Nothing. Today September 13, still 0 followup, latest word was yesterday when the response was (again, for the FIFTH TIME): "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The order mistakingly went to Iceland" (an entirely unrelated country). So once again they acknowledge their mistake, but do absolutely nothing to correct it. I am now waiting for 25 days (!) for a 3-4 days promised delivery order, with 0 help from support, 0 accountability, 0 solutions and feel entirely ignored. I will never use them again.

Every time I call I am given a new story by very polite customer service reps but each one contradicts the previous one. I may change my rating if my order is delivered in the next week and everything is good. ORDER #366359

Please avoid doing business with this company. Worst company ever!! #359975 8/16 & ORDER #359994 8/16 I don't believe anything until my merchandise arrives. Till then I hold firm on everything I've said here. I will revise once I either get it or get my money back. Don't tell me anything you've made excuse after excuse. show me through your actions. Like my mom used to say the check is in the mail. Or is it??
