My medicine has Good expiry dates and authentic products

I could give them negative stars if I could. When I placed the order on 17th August, the expected timeline showed delivery by 25th-30th August. It's been 9 days and the items are not even dispatched yet. Every time I ping them, they keep saying it's on the way to the genie warehouse and you'll get a tracking number shortly. This has been going on for the last 5 days. And now they tell me the delivery estimate is 10-12 business days after dispatch, not from the order date, and they don't know when it will be dispatched. This is highly misleading information because as a customer I only care about when I'll receive the item. The 10-12 business days 'after dispatch' is the fine print we don't see. We order medicines because we need them ASAP and time is of the utmost essence. One agent I chatted with even gave me the wrong tracking number showing a delivery date of 30th August. I'll never order will this fraudulent company that is only interested in money making and not in providing honest, truthful, good service.
