Nothing went wrong. I noticed that the majority of reviews only say about the excellent shipping service! I was intending buying one of your products but cannot see any positive comments on the products themselves. For instance, has anyone noticed a difference in skin conditions? Thank you for your detailed reply. However, when I buy products, I like to see if customers have had a positive (or negative) opinion on a particular product (face cream or face oil) and if their skin felt different. In much of what your website says about what benefits your products gives, I would like to hear customer's reviews precisely on on the product itself. I do find it strange that most of the reviews relate to customer service, delivery, helpful staff and nothing on the products. You say that your company cannot make claims on a product itself but surely the customers can! In my opinion, that is what sells the products. Why not send an email to your customer base and ask them for their opinions?

distacart sent my ordered goods safely and quickly to my home. I was always informed where the delivery is at the moment.

Increasing my rating, distacart team finally processed the refund with a promise that it will come in 7-10 days. it should ideally be done without any hassle to customers as I have already waited for 6-7 days. I have now placed a new order with Distacart and waiting for it to arrive as a new shipment with some different items. I originally rated distacart as 1 star ------ My order was showing delayed for a few days at customs and then after I contacted customer service, the response is the shipment is returned to the facility. It is delayed and no action is happening. I asked for canceling and refund so that I can place another order with other items I received earlier, but I do not have a positive response from customer service yet. If they make it difficult for me then I am not sure how I can trust their service. The first thing they should do is not make me wait ... give a refund so I can move ahead.

The company ships products from India to the US and that is it, no big deal in that. The products are wonderful as there is a wide range to select from but all the products are marked over 200% even for the smallest items. I recently brought 1L ghee from the website it costs Rs. 5000 but I was charged $126 for this one item. All the other items were also marked very high even though they were on the same order. After that, the items get delivered after 15 days. The customer care is not very responsive to such questions either. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this provider.

We discovered the Psorolin range whilst in India. As we haven't been back recently we looked for a shipper and found Distacart. They have been nothing short of superb! The service is perfect (dealing with all the customs etc - we are in France) and everything is packaged extremely well (ie. safe).. Given transport and duty costs that are sorted out by Distacart, the prices are extremely fair. Would thoroughly recommend.
