Problem with freezer, work well when engineer came. Thorough test etc. everything working fine. Engineer friendly, courteous & polite. Informed us that we should get in touch if problems persist. Freezer maintains temperature of -18 but display shows -13 we feel it is an intermittent fault with the thermostat. We will monitor it and recall for visit if necessary

What made to company great was the attention to detail in that we were reminded of the date and time of the visit to ensure that we did not suddenly decide to leave home to shop. On arrival the engineer was kind, thoughful and courteous and having told us that our fridge freezer was too old and needed to be replaced left after 15 minutes having taken payment.

Engineer came promptly to fix two appliances: a dishwasher and an oven. He was knowledgeable and professional, but we had to pay the full initial call out charge for each appliance plus an extra charge for our Miele oven because it was a "premium appliance" (but being serviced by the same engineer). Engineer had to order a spare part for the oven and came back the next week. Overall, a good and professionally run company that was able to fix both our appliances quickly, but they are not cheap as it cost us around GBP400 pound in total (including GBP100 for parts) for two visits of 30 minutes each.

I have used this company twice now and they do not pressure you at all concerning repairs. I was impressed that they reply really quickly to emails and telephone calls. Overall a great company to use
