Diagnosed failed part in warming drawer and replaced

Engineer kept me updated on arrival times, and was polite and courteous throughout my visit , sadly my dishwasher was beyond repair thanks to a mouse that had destroyed all the electrics etc , but i would definitely recommend Glotech for their quick and reasonable cost service.

Absolutely awful service. Agreed a price for repairs then charged double that. The engineer refused to wear disposable overshoe cover even when we provided. Didn’t care when he was walking around kitchen banging things everywhere.

Rude person on phone, and then never replied to emails once I'd found the model number.

The engineer was friendly and explained what was the cause of my issue. The price was a bit steep but I wouldn't of been able to do the job myself so I guess I paid for the expertise which I didn't mind
