Very efficient service

Absolutely brilliant service went above and beyond couldn’t be happier

We had a problem with a Bosch integrated fridge door which wouldn’t shut properly. Looking up Bosch repairs online, I was directed to accredited repairers in our local area, which is cheaper than the main dealer. The booking system was fairly easy to navigate ( once I understood their logic! ), we were offered a date 4 days ahead which suited us, and a morning or afternoon visit. The day before, I received a phone call from the company to inform us that there was a slight problem with the afternoon slot and, could the repairer come at midday. On the agreed day the repairman rang to say he was 20 minutes away. Reece duly turned up 20 minutes later. He was polite and friendly, and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem - it was the integrated door hinges which had slipped with wear ( 12 years ). He had some spare Bosch hinges, so was able to fix them efficiently, replace the interior fridge door - job done! He asked if there were any other appliances we were concerned about - there weren’t, but it indicated a very helpful person, and firm.

Terry was on time, cheerful, knowledgeable and proficient. I would have no hesitation in asking him to repair any other kitchen appliances as well as my fridge freezer.

Everything seems to be fine now. I am just wondering why I found some screws under the dryer that weren’t there before. Is my dryer completely fixed?

The tradesman arrived punctually and was very polite and helpful. He went out of his way to try and find a replacement oven door for us even though it was looking hopeless. He tried numerous web sites before he had to admit defeat !! Would definitely recommend Glotech Repairs and if necessary would use them again.

I had a terrible experience with their service. They came to repair my washing machine but claimed they couldn't move it from its shelf without attempting to do so. They left after charging me over £90. They promised to return with another person but never followed up. After calling twice, I was informed they closed the case without notifying me. I will not be using their service again.
