A very good service, and very prompt in timing. The engineer went straight to the fault, and in my case it was a wrong bulb I fitted in the oven. This blew the main fuse and I thought it was something more sinister. All done in 10 minutes. Excellent.

Called the company and they quickly identified washing machine part needed and arranged the engineer to come by. Francisco was on time and replaced the broken part. Also advised me on proper usage. Great service!

Engineer arrived after 1pm however he quickly established the problem and fitted new brushes for a reasonable price. He was also polite and professional. I appreciate your engineers are very busy but it would be helpful to keep customers informed if the engineer is likely to be late.

Although the repair was carried out to the dishwasher the care and protection of the floor whilst getting the machine out was sadly lacking. We ended up having very bad scratches to our oak flooring and having to get it sanded and retreated.

We are very pleased with the repair job done to our oven. The young men arrived punctually and were very helpful and pleasant. This is the second time that we have used this company to repair a kitchen utility and both times we have felt very satisfied. The cost was also very reasonable so we don't think that we could do better elsewhere.
