The engineer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about everything Hotpoint.He was very efficient and quiet working plus he was very polite.The only area where Glotech fall down is in office customer relations.Having previously using your company for our washing machine repair it was only your engineers interaction that persuaded me to use you again for our tumble drier repair today.This was especially important on our previous repair as Francisco rescued that repair when other engineers had failed to resolve things.You would be well advised to retain Francisco as one of your team and some office staff would be well advised to be as efficient and polite as he was.Overall a good experience.
