I recently had a technician visit to repair my washing machine, and I’d like to share my experience. The booking process was easy, and the technician arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and quickly identified the issue with my machine. The repair took short than expected. Overall, I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

Me&my wife were happy how honest and reliable the repairman who checked the fridge. Unluckily, it was back to cooling but not enough. We decided to order a new one which is arriving today. Thanks!

The true test of a company is, how it responds when something goes wrong. For me, Glotech has come out with full marks. Briefly, it took 3 errors (not of Glotech's making) and 4 visits to sort out my dishwasher - but at each stage the engineers were helpful, courteous and practical, and the people back-at-base were similarly helpful. It was old-fashioned good service, and great to see.

All went well. Dean arrived when expected, completed the job quickly and the oven works normally again. Everyone, including the people who booked in the repair, was pleasant and helpful. Positive experience.

UPDATE—In response to the typical reactions of this organisation below, I called your customer service line before posting my review to allow you guys to do the right thing. However, with the unhelpful and Teflon attitude, I resorted to this route to make others wary of your company’s service. I should have stuck with Britsh Gas! My original review: I booked an engineer visit with this company for a time slot between 8 AM and 1 PM. The engineer finally showed up nearly two hours late, and there was no communication. The only update I got was when I had to call them myself to follow up where he was. When the engineer finally arrived, he looked at my appliance and immediately said he had been sent the wrong part. I then called customer service, and their excuse was that the part "looked similar," but the engineer himself confirmed it was completely incorrect! To make matters worse, they still charged me £95 for a visit that lasted barely 10 minutes—just for the engineer to say, “Sorry, wrong part.” Then, instead of rectifying their mistake, they had the audacity to say I’d need to pay extra for the correct part, which they didn't even have in stock and would take several more days to order. This company is nothing but a money-grabbing scam. It charges ridiculous fees for wasted time and incorrect parts. Avoid at all costs!

The booking and pre appointment communication was excellent. It was possible to predict that the visit would be in the morning - which it was. The technician, Francisco, telephoned before his arrival and he was polite, professional and efficient. The dishwasher was repaired to a good standard and had no need for any parts to be replaced. Very happy customers here!

The engineer turned up early, he explained the job and what was needed clearly. He worked quickly and efficiently, left everything tidy and the job could not have gone any better

Glotech sent an engineer (Scott) to replace a faulty pump on our washing machine was a really quick turnaround and got it fixed really quickly.
