I was frustrated with the lack of information on the callout procedure - I had to phone several times to find out when the engineer would be arriving and was not warned by him on his way. I was disappointed to find that there was nothing the engineer could do about the repair, though i appreciated his advice on how to resolve the problem. I think the call out cost was quite high, considering the probability of the disappointing outcome was quite high.

Glotech came out to look at my washing machine which apparently couldn't be fixed. I didn't go with them for a replacement however when my replacement was installed the new supplier noticed damaged to wooden flooring and worktop. Not happy at all.

Excellent service from George your technician from Bristol who made an initial visit to inspect the washing machine fault, he assessed a faulty heater unit and promptly ordered a replacement and was on site within a few days to install a replacement. Impressively polite and efficient. Well done.

My first phone call to Glotech resulted in a knowledgable and honest opinion as to what might be possible for my 30 years old oven. An appointment was made for a few days later, when George made a quick diagnosis and was very open about the chance of parts not being available. However, he used his experience to order what he felt might work and a week later, a new fan motor and element are fitted and the oven working perfectly. I am exceptionally happy with the service and the fact that George was willing to try to do the repair, rather than just condemn the oven. The work was carried out smoothly and without fuss. I would definitely recommend this firm for their excellent customer service and expertise.
