Ag=fter using the Glotech website to report the problem, Glotech were very quick to respond and scheduled a visit for the next day. The Glotech technician (Terry) arrived promptly. He quickly gained an understanding of the fault. It had had water backing up, there as a subsequent failure to start, and between these two events I had removed and checked the filters and checked the impeller but found them to not be clogged. The technician ran a series of diagnostic tests and was very knowledgable about the workings of the dishwasher based on the sounds ! He established that the dishwasher was now operational and that the fault was an intermittent one possibly caused by scaling. We do top up with dishwasher with salt but he receommended running Citric Acid through the system. Glotech are to be called as backup and upon any reoccurence. But so far so good. It was a very professional and efficient service visit. Based on this and previous experience of Terry fixing my faulty oven I strongly recommend Glotech.
