Beautiful arrangement, delivered as ordered, easy website

Sadly my order was a day late and when it was delivered the box was damaged and thrown along the driveway sitting sideways. It was a true disappointment and from there I was without flowers being sent to a lovely friend who lost her mother. I had nothing and no time to make it right. I was happy with all I saw on the sight and Instagram BUT they did not deliver. Be careful sadly .,.Thanks

We placed our order online from London, UK, 5500 miles away - used your website to select a bouquet, you delivered on time and our birthday lady loved them - Thank you.

The floral bouquet that came was far removed from the picture that was used to sell customers on the web. My suggestion is for the production team to have the web pictures IN FRONT of them when they make up the bouquet, so that the end product is not so far from expectations.

Prompt pretty flowers - weren’t same day delivery when ordered but I’m sure there’s a time cut off - would use again

Flowers had an excellent quality and everything else from the packaging and gift card were great as well. I took a delivery slot between 9am and 1pm. They delivered at 11:30. So they made it exactly within that time. When the delivery got out, they sended me a picture of the flowers to show quality and arrangement. Very satisfied with everything. The receiver was also extremely happy.
