Was not impressed with delivery display at all, especially for how much I paid! I paid extra for a nice vase and a picture thinking this would be a beautiful “Awe” moment and it was delivered in a box. No water, not in vase and picture not shown. I was not impressed & neither was my Fiancé.

I really appreciate that I was kept informed of the progress of my order from preparation to final delivery. In fact, I received real time information as to the time of delivery which was so reassuring since it was important to me that my order be delivered by 12 noon. Your packaging is elegant and sturdy. The flowers were so fresh!

Ordered the smallest bouquet of flowers which arrived on time. However, the note and picture added to the delivery were not included. For this price range I actually expected the service to be adequately professional. On top of that I did not receive a confirmation email. Personally I would not recommend this delivery service.

The arrangement was beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website. The recipient loved it. Sending this was the perfect way to let someone know they are celebrated and loved. Ordered midafternoon for same day delivery and it was quick! Loved the notifications so I knew the status right up to the final delivery notice - which came with a photo of the doorman’s arm holding the card with the floral arrangement in the background. Great!

Excellent service and flowers! I was very impressed with the communication and service. I had the wrong address for the delivery, and they worked with me over the weekend to get the flowers to the correct address. I will use them for all my NYC flower deliveries.
