We recently refinanced our home, it was the first time we had gone through it. And with the assistance of Suzanne Dew it was a breeze. There where issues with some of the steps but with Suzanne's assistance we made it through and made the rest super easy and stress free.

If I had questions, I was able to get super fast responses from her directly without being funneled through a ton of representatives and having to reexplain my situation every time. I was informed about the turn around time due to Covid-19 guidelines and staffing. Alexandr and assistants were patient and returned all calls & email inquiries on a timely basis when I had any questions or concerns during the process of my refinance. Anytime, I viewed the portal, it was updated.

Ji Kim and her team were honest and very helpful helping me to qualify and refinance my loan. After unsuccessfully refinancing with another company for almost a year, Ji stated, “if we can’t get this done, no one can!” She also said it would take a little longer due to the pandemic but should be able to close in 60-90 days and I closed right around 90 days. Justin White, Theresa Gonzalez, and John Steers were awesome to work with. They let me know in the beginning that it would take a little longer than normal due to the amount of refinances taking place. With that being said they updated me weekly and sometimes twice per week with any updates and to let me know I was still on target to refinance by the end of the year. I am so happy I decided to go with American Financing, I had used other mortgage companies in the past but they were not receptive nor helpful when I tried to refinance this time. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking. I was even able to skip two months of mortgage payments and lower my payment by almost 300 dollars. First let me compliment the excellent work and support I received from Brandon Kelly. He was very professional while being friendly and understanding with what we wanted to accomplish. He always returned our calls and was prepared to address any questions we had. Things went a little slower that we expected but that’s understandable under the pressures of Covid 19 and the mass refinancing that’s going on.
