After trying to refinance with US Bank and many trips to the bank because of misplaced paperwork or missed signatures. And two months later being told I was declined because corporate says so. I decided to try A.F.C.. Eric F was my first contact. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his position and the company he represents. He and the company he represent were easy to work with and took the time and effort to guide me into this process. Within weeks I was approved and was moving forward with the a lower interest. Unlike the other bank who declined me and attempted to hold me back with there high interest rates. As a home owner I Highly Recommend Eric F and A.F.C. before trying your own bank. My refinance process was very smooth and incredibly easy with the help of Eleonora Halmedova, my mortgage consultant. She was very helpful throughout. I have been through the refinance process before but this was the quickest closing that I have experienced. Once I was approved I had all the closing documents signed the next day. American Financing did a wonderful job on our home refinance. In a little over a month the loan was closed at the convenience of our dining room table in our house. The notary spent about an hour and all was complete. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Wow, I can’t say enough about Suzanne Dew and the professional way she handled my many questions and concerns throughout the loan process. She is certainly a five star asset to American Financing.

Jessica Taylor at American Financing is simply incredible. A harder working hand in all your home buying needs cannot be found. She dealt with every turn and twist of the process with diligence and grace. I am a disabled vet and can be difficult to manage at times when I don't understand something and it seems off. She explained things plainly in a way that made me feel much more in control than i probably ever was. She balances professionalism and friendship well. Talking to her about your (and in my case, my family's) needs is relaxed like talking to an old friend. I will be recommending her and American Financing to all of my friends and family going forward. Home buying is a complicated process, Jessica Taylor at American Financing made sure it wasn't any more complicated than it had to be. For that my family and myself can never thank her or praise her enough. This is the standard I will judge all others by.

The process took a little longer than I anticipated (especially the closing process), but Eric and Naaman were both very thorough and professional as was Lisa (notary). I'm sure that if I were on their end of the business, I would require the same attention to detail because of the complexities and legal ramifications of the entire process and outcome. I am still in somewhat of a denial phase because of trying to finalize the refinance process during the Christmas Holiday rush, but I am confident that the final outcome of refinancing my mortgage will pay dividends for a long time to come.
