Worst experience EVER!!!! They are salary based employees so they could care less if you meet deadline for closing. The first loan officer didn’t know what PMI was so I requested someone more knowledgable. They gave me Carolyn Hollingsworth, a “Sr. Loan Officer”...and the nightmare began! She gave me wrong information, out sick a lot, never answered my phone calls, poor communication via email using half sentences that didn’t make any sense. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company! I wouldn’t wish this experience in my worst enemy! UPDATE: They have acknowledged they dropped the ball on this transaction and have refunded 50% of what I paid to AF. They asked me to take down my bad rating but I think it’s important for customers to see REAL reviews and not just “5 star” ones. If you decide to work with AF I would recommend that you work with somebody that is very experienced. I was very close to being homeless and staying in a hotel for months with 2 dogs, and paying for storage. You can do the math on those unnecessary expenses.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Michael Toth he did an amazing job. He was so helpful and friendly with anything that we needed. This was a very stressful time especially for a first time home buyer, but Michael was always reassuring about everything. Thank you so much for all the hard work you've done you made it possible for us to have a home.

He put a refinance package together for me and my wife. It allows us to pay off several higher interest rate loans that we had and now we just have 1 monthly payment instead of 6 monthly payments. Raymond did an excellent job. He not only helped us through the mortgage process but was very helpful when it came to any questions I had about buying a home.
