My agent at American finance was relentless, he saw it though from start to finish. We were going through the refinance process to find out and there was a lean on from the previous owner, my loan should not have gone through the first time! He found the problem and got everybody involved to help solve it, including the vise president of the company! The company has well trained and helpful employees that will get job done.

We gave Jeffrey Keith a call and said we wanted to refi our home. In less than three weeks we got a check to pay off our credit card debt and lowered our payments by a couple of hundred dollars. Our experience with American Financing was more than we expected. Our loan officer, Tim Howard was very knowledgeable and spent the necessary time to walk us through the process and what to expect. The entire refinance process was so streamlined and efficient and was beyond our expectations. In discussing with Tim what are ultimate goal was and what we were driving to achieve as we approach our retirement years was not lost on him and he provided us with very sound advise. American Financing was great to work with 95% was done on line. I had a few hiccups during this time with snow fall in the Rockies. We would definitely use them again. They have an excellent team and strived to get us everything in a timely manner. On our end we had sold a house so we had to have documents for that to clear other issues up from the credit standpoint. Love Meghan and the few conversations we had, she is a blessing and credit to their company.

The whole loan process seemed to take a little longer than it should have, the processor did not get some things done in a timely manner. Overall the whole process was excellent, the loan officer Tony Wesson did an excellent job! I would recommend this company to someone else and also be a returning customer.
