Ordered a wheel from Ford Bits. It was taking ages. I contacted them to discover that the wheel had been sent to the wrong address. My mistake, but though they would have tried to contact me. I sent a further £8.50 for redelivery. When delivered, it was the wrong wheel. Mine's 15", four bolt the one sent was 16", 5 bolt. I contacted them and they agreed to deliver another wheel. The 2nd wheel delivered was also the wrong size. The wheel delivered was PCD 4x100, mine is 4x110. This was verified by two independent mechanics. I emailed them and received a very rude email back written in caps. So I emailed another two times, no reply. I then telephoned twice. I eventually spoke to a guys who was taken no ownership or responsibility for the mistake. The guy said he would provide a refund if I pay for the wheel to be returned and insisted that he has sent the right wheel despite being presented with evidence from professionals. The guy also threatened to sue if I write a review.

Bought a engine for a Ford Focus delivered and left on the pallet as was damaged phoned and had replaced sent out fitted as told was ran and tested oil light didn’t go out striped down to sort fault had to change oil pick up pipe and sump and oil cooler emailed pictures of damage lost o lot of money oil filters antifreeze was all done twice no refund attempted or part payment ,after sending more emails about first engine that still on a pallet been told to destroy it after six months of asking wouldn’t bother again using for engine as don’t think they take them out just drop and break them

Ordered an alternator from FordBits via Parts Gateway. I called them to confirm alternator type and they was very helpful. Alternator turned up, correct type and worked perfectly. This saved me a small fortune compared to buying from Ford as the car is getting on now. Excellent service and was very pleased with the whole transaction. Would highly recommend.

only gave them 1 star because I had to .orderd a alternater and they sent one that was not for my car .they sent another one which didn't fit had a call off Ross and he was adamant that they are the right ones spoke to ford and part numbers was different but he won't have it wants me to pay to send back waste of money wouldn't recomend to any one after he was very aggressive and swearing on phone .

Paid £739 for an engine had to pay £135 as a deposit I tried to ring the owner to cancel my order as my boss had sorted the now he using everything In his business power to give me a full refund and only offering me a fixed price of £481 bar in mind he’s blocked my number I kept all my messages I will take him to court under consumer rights act 2015 returns
