United Kingdom | 05 June 2020This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a Ford Mondeo part instead of a Ford Galaxy even though I very clear I requested for a Ford Galaxy part. I rang their office several times and spoke to a lady. She agreed that I should return the part. I even volunteered to drive to their office and return the product and pickup a replacement. Since then they refused to pick up their phone. No response till date. It seem breakerlink carpart finder are part of the scam. When I tried to rate the company online. I got a response that my email does not exist. My email address existed when they sent me the quote and passed my details to the company. Now for no reason it no longer exist.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2020Having recently purchased a second hand fiesta I need to replace the parcel shelf and replace a missing bit of plastic window trim. I found this firm via a site called Breakers Yard. They had a competitive price, the parts arrived very quickly and were very well packaged to avoid damage. The parts were in good condition and I have now fitted them to my Fiesta. I found there service to be excellent. It is true I did not need to contact them via phone/email but as it currently stands I will be using them again as my first choice if need any further parts and I would genuinely recommend them.

Never believe something like this. I am sorry for the people which they have actually scammed. Plus be careful because they try to scare you with the court. Honestly UNBELIEVABLE!

United Kingdom | 03 August 2019Found this lot through parts gateway and ordered a parcel shelf for the car I had just purchased. Having given my reg I was happy they knew which shelf fitted. Delivery was very speedy however it was for the wrong model. After calling them to be met with an aggressive rude woman telling me "no we don't check the part against the reg you entered " it has taken me a month of chasing to get the refund minus their deduction which apparently is in their very small print ! Plus I paid postage to send it back. RUDE, INCOMPETENT customer service . Go somewhere else and save yourselves the aggravation of dealing with company!!!!!

United Kingdom | 19 July 2019Avoid them like the plague! I had the terrible experience of having ordered something off them through Breakerlink. They sent me the wrong component for my car and promised to send another; but it never showed. They've since ignored my messages and attempts to call them have gone unanswered. I've basically flushed 80 quid down the drain and now I'm stuck with a car part that doesn't fit my car. I'm returning it, even if I have to pay postage, and try and force a refund through my credit card company. I'd STRONGLY recommend you steer far clear of these unbelievably hopeless people and advise you take learn from my expensive lesson to always look up dealers before you proceed with buying anything from any website.

United Kingdom | 28 November 2018Do not use. Please be careful to check T&Cs for returns. Note that no matter what the problem or reason for return we have to pay return postage. You will be told to post by PO for £3 but this is not so as there is no tracking signature or insurance. The heavier the item obviously the more it proportionately costs. Be warned they can send you anything they want and you pay return. They have good reviews but like insurance policies you only only realise you made a bad buy if it goes wrong when you try to claim. I have tried to get them to take their responsibilities seriously but who knows what Parts gateway can do to ensure this. They say they have limited control of their sellers !!!

I contacted them and they claimed it had been broken in transit (impossible given the amount of packaging and the nature of the break) and promised to send a replacement. The replacement never arrived and they have now stopped replying to my messages. VERY unhappy.

United Kingdom | 23 August 2016Fordbits sent wrong part 5 days late. After I returned goods (at my own expense of course) they tried to charge "admin" fee in defiance of Distance Selling Regulations. They ignored my protest. Had to submit claim to PayPal, who refunded in full. Need one say more?
