Great service from these guys after my car was heading for the scrap heap. Paid and collected within days of first communication and was so easy. Hopefully I won't have to use again for some time but as I have bought another CC I know where to come should I need anything!

I have been dealing with Ford bits for years there reliable honest and a fair price I do not know who these people are who are sending bad reviews but What I do know Ford bits and there staff are not like that if anything they go out of there way to help you like I said I have been dealing with them for years they deliver parts or you can go to there place were they help and assist you If you need good quality ford parts they are as good as it gets

Just bought my spare parts to rebuild my sons car and they were very helpful. Got everything I needed and they were wrapped really well when they arrived. Very pleased and would definitely use again, but really hope I dont have to! LOL

Ordered a gearbox and a wheel from them, the wheel arrived fine, and they even corrected our mistake in ordering the wrong size, so can't fault them for that. Other than that one positive, the rest of my experience with these has been a farce to say the least. The gearbox is nowhere to be seen. Currently chasing a refund but getting nowhere with these guys. They were quick to reply when I was enquiring about the parts, but now its been 10 days without a reply. Updates on the gearbox have been nonexistent. Promised to call back after they had spoken with the courrier - I wouldn't have heard a thing from them unless I called them back. They tried to say we initially requested it to be delivered to a car company In Colchester (the other end of the country to me and a company I had never heard of). I called the company to see if they had received the item, they said not, but that they had the exact same issue I had with Ford bits a few months prior... When I complained about the level of service I was met with an illiterate and aggressive reply from the owner. Can hear him giving it the big "I am" on the other end of the phone. The woman who answers the phones seems like she can barely be bothered to breathe let alone do anything helpful. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere. ==== Following on from the reply... The address submitted from partsgateway was of no relation to us, this was not our mistake. I did contact the company whos address was used though as at the time your communication inbetween swearing and grunting was not clear. The company advised they had the exact same issue as us, with their ford mondeo gearbox not being delivered. I then contacted you to make you aware of a potential issue with this as you stated the address mix up was not on your side - it certainly wasn't on our side. I believe I haven't had a reply to an email in over 2 weeks! in those 2 weeks I have contacted you 3 times and sent in 2 additional emails per the receptionists requests. I was initially told the refund was being processed, then that it had been done on the 4th (Can take up to 7 days). I called back in on the 11th because the money wasn't back in the account, the lady advised me it was 7 working days. You can be clearly heard in the background mouthing off saying something like"What do they not f##king understand, I have refunded them. I'm getting really sick of them calling every day. F##king idi#ts." I'm sure you have the call recordings you can kindly provide for anyone interested.

These lads really pulled me out of the myre and no mistake. Sons car had 2 buckled Alloy wheels so could get through the MOT over the weekend. Bought two no buckle guarantee wheels on Sunday from these boyz over ebay and when I picked them up at 9.30am on the Monday they went out of their way to get them into my boot ASAP. Great service will use them again.

Started my search via Breakerlink, to which I was directed to Fortbits, got to say from the start I had no issues, supplied all my details, to double check I made a telephone call to the company who was very helpful and ordered my son a new wing mirror for he’s fiesta. Arrived 3 days after purchasing (which is exactly what I was informed) packaged absolutely brilliantly. Would highly recommend Fordbits and I know if I needed any parts in the future I would make Fordbits my first port of call.

I bought a wing mirror passenger side. Fordbits delivery was prompt and thier customer service was good. I would recommend them.

Cheapest Fiesta wing mirror I could find, right colour and in great condition. However there was a little confusion about delivery. I received an email saying it had been dispatched the same day I ordered it. Called after four days when it hadn't arrived. Was told it had been sent out that very morning and that maybe the part had been found to be damaged so they had had to source another one. The mirror arrived the next day, having been sent by DHL Next Day service. It's an excellent mirror and I'm grateful the item was finally sent by next day service. Only minor quibble is that I could have been told the first email was wrong and also told when it was finally sent.
