Great range of instruments, simply online purchase and good communication. On collection, staff were really friendly and helpful. They were patient and kind whilst my children chose guitar accessories for my husband’s birthday.

I was looking for a specific Faith guitar. Guitar Guitar B/ham got one in from their Newcastle store, went to review it - loved it but found it at a much lower price at Mann's a slight mark on the outside case (which was mentioned prior to the sale) but otherwise perfect. GG could not match so I used Mann great service from start to finish.

The guitar and amp are great and provided at a good price. I would however suggest the Mann's stop using DHL for deliveries as they are the worst and I have knocked off a star for that alone.

Being an online transaction which progressed as it should, there is not a lot to add other than the dispatch and delivery was prompt. The guitar was fine; it needed new strings and a proper set up, but I expected that from that guitar anyway. There were no issues with the guitar. So I would definitely use Mann’s again.
