Very helpful on the phone when I enquired about a Yamaha Revstar and I am very happy with the guitar I received. I ordered it online for next day delivery. Although Mann's despatched it the same day, DHL failed to deliver it the next day as it did not leave their depot over night to go to the delivery depot, so I received the guitar a day late. This is no reflection of Mann's service although I would consider a different delivery company if I were them. My experience with DHL has been poor on several occasions.

1st class service. I managed to pick up what must have been the last Left Handed MIJ Jazzmaster in the UK on sale. I was a little unsure about the 7.25" radius fretboard but I needn't have worried. Mann's have done a perfect set up and it plays beautifully. I'm so please with the service and the guitar. Thanks Mann's. BTW last year I tried to get a lefty Pro 2 Jazzmaster from different retailers. The two I got had to go back due to serious electrical and cosmetic flaws. In my experience this MIJ Jazzmaster knocks spots off the American made stuff at the moment.

My experience with Manns. Patient and kind. They went out of the way to help me buy my guitar. I asked for a guitar to be put to one side for me, This the seller did. Mann's music great to deal with very proffessional , sadly can't say the same of the courrier company as delivery was a comedy online tracking which was great I followed it almost to my door sadly the driver decided that my parcel was not important so he drove past my address to pick up some more parcels and he turned off tracking so I coukdent follow the progress which ended up being 24 after advised time and date
